My name is Ana Caragea, I'm an Award-Winning Leadership and Career Coach, the first GC Index® Partner in the UAE, the first IAPPC Certified Positive Psychology Coach®, an International Author and the Founder of Strategic Discovery, a leadership coaching and mentoring company for introvert managers and leaders, helping them lead with courage and self-awareness.
I've been coaching since 2014, having a University degree in Psychology and Sociology, a GC Index® accreditation, and a Hogan Personality Assessments certification, Hogan being trusted by 75% of the Fortune 500. My clients range from Managing Directors, General Managers, CEOs and CFOs to Sales Executives and HR Managers, across industries.

Sometimes hope seems pointless, but my clients are these incredible polishers and introverts who see extremely fast how things (or the world) can be better. They innately bring a renewed sense of hope and beauty. Sometimes, their unrealised high expectations can lead to apathy or passive aggressiveness, as the world is not better/or not there yet. But I see the beauty in their perspective, even if they don't. My role is to help them see that as well. And re-energise and create a future to be proud of, a full-of-hope future.
