- we feel guilty (about working too much, too little, not finishing our To-do list, about procrastinating, about feeling tired or depleted, about feeling too much, etc.)
- we compare ourselves with others (other women, other men, other people's ideal image, etc.)
- we don't acknowledge our achievements (even the smallest ones, even the bigger ones)
- we don't allow ourselves to make mistakes (to experiment for the sake of experimenting, to take calculated risks and try things out, etc.).

Hi there, I'm Ana Caragea and I'm that introvert too. And I've held myself back a lot. Yes. It might have been the social conditioning, how I grew up, the role models I saw while growing up, etc.
And somehow, there was and is a deep desire in me for a better world, a place where we can share, and laugh, and try, and fail, and feel peace and joy, a healed Earth. I believe that world is possible. And I will lead to the best of my abilities. I will help other introverts create that world too. We will build each other up. We will find that spark we had as kids.
Idealistic, yes. Possible? Why not?! We'll have to start somewhere. For our future generations. For us. For all.
We want to see authentic leaders who value kindness, compassion and care at work. I see that in you. You are becoming this leader. That's why this message resonates.
