When you have someone in your team that is an Implementer, you've struck gold.

And here's why from my perspective:

- their energy is renewed and sustained in action.

Great strategies (created together with your Strategists) can then be tested in real-life contexts with the help of the Implementers in your team.

You will find many Implementers in professions such as sales, medicine, engineering. And not all the Implementers have a big-type personality, so you might not recognise them entirely.
